Choosing Your Site's Colors

Using color in graphics and html can be a tricky business. There are different color palettes you will want to use if you're manipulating color for the web
Everyone's computer setup is different. Color is among the things which differ most frequently between browsers, platforms, and monitors. Only 216 - 8-bit colors are recognized to be safe colors across all Web browsers, Monitors, and Computer Operating Systems.
